PORTAGE, Mich. (WOOD) — Burglars cut through the walls of two adjoining businesses to get into a jewelry store in Portage.
The break-in was at the Medawar Jewelers on S. Westnedge Avenue, north of Milham Avenue. The Portage Department of Public Safety says it happened sometime between Saturday evening and when they were called at 1:40 p.m. Sunday.
