Otsego residents ask for answers on water quality

OTSEGO, Mich. (WOOD) —Otsego residents met with federal, state and local health officials Saturday morning to get some answers on what is wrong with their water supply.

Health officials set up booths and gave those in attendance a chance to ask questions and hear explanations of the findings on well locations and possible contamination sites. The Department of Environmental Quality also gave a presentation on the history of pollution in Otsego.

The point of Saturday’s meeting was to look at the future and what the health agencies are going to do to get the residents answers.
