Deputies release surveillance images of Holland Twp. robber

HOLLAND TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — Authorities have released surveillance photos of a suspect who robbed a store in Holland Township.

It happened around 2 a.m. Friday, April 6 at the Walgreens located at 494 Butternut Drive near the James Street intersection.

The Ottawa County Sheriff’s Office had originally said a man entered the store and demanded the clerk to open the register. When the clerk did not open it, the suspect pulled the drawer and ran out the store.

The suspect was described as a man in his 20s to 30s, around 5-foot-8 to 6-foot tall and between 150 to 200 pounds. He had a black or brown beard and mustache.

No weapon was seen or implied during the robbery, deputies said.
