PORTAGE, Mich. (WOOD) — Thousands are without power in Portage Tuesday afternoon.
The outage was reported around 12:30 p.m. and is impacting over 8,200 people in the Portage area.
A Consumers Energy spokesperson said the problem is with an ITC transmission line that supplies the area, and that power is estimated to return around 3 p.m.
