KALAMAZOO, Mich. (WOOD) — More than 40 NFL scouts showed up for Pro Day to survey the talent at Western Michigan University.
The level of interest came as no surprise to the Broncos, who had four players take part in the annual NFL combine in February.
Offensive tackle Chukwuma Okorafor is expected to be one of the first tackles picked in the draft, and linebacker Asantay Brown caught attention for his 38-inch vertical jump. Darius Phillips ran a 4.40 in the 40-yard dash, a big improvement over his 4.54 time at the combine.
