EAST GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Spectrum Health has revised its plans for two new parking ramps near Blodgett Hospital in East Grand Rapids, part of an effort to take neighbors' objections into consideration.
The new plan removes a level from the parking lot that would go up on the south side of the hospital campus along Plymouth Avenue between Wealthy and Sherman streets.
It also includes changes to make the north parking structure more similar in design to the hospital, add beautification features near both structures and decrease the amount of lighting on the top floors of the structures.
