GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (via WOOD TV 8) — West Michigan teams battled it out on the gridiron Saturday, their eyes set on a trip to Ford Field and a shot a state championship.
State finals are scheduled for Nov. 24 and 25 at Ford Field in Detroit.
Division 2
- Livonia Franklin beat Forest Hills Central 20-0.
Division 3
- Muskegon shut out Battle Creek Harper Creek 42-0.
Division 4
- Grand Rapids Catholic Central blanked Escanaba 24-0.
- Edwardsburg beat River Rouge 32-21.
Division 5
- Grand Rapids West Catholic beat Frankenmuth 25-21.
Division 7
- Saugatuck beat Madison Heights Madison 14-7.
Division 8
- Ottawa Lake Whiteford beat Mendon 50-21.
