(via Fox News) -- Hurricane Harvey has been downgraded to a tropical storm inland over Texas, the National Hurricane Center announced on Twitter.
The center said extremely serious flooding was possible in the area.
Rockport Mayor Charles "C.J." Wax told the Weather Channel on Saturday that the storm hit his community "right on the nose" and left "widespread devastation."
