The Leonard-Fuller intersection will be closed for one month starting July 31st, and drivers are being warned to learn the suggested detours.
The City of Grand Rapids Facebook page recommends drivers find a detour around the area. People using Leonard are recommended to utilize Plainfield, Knapp and Ball. Fuller drivers should use Bradford, Ball and Knapp. The intersection itself will be closed, but roadways leading to the surrounding businesses will be open. Taking shortcuts through private propert may result in a ticket.
