Grand Rapids fire department has evacuated American Seating and a few sites near 11th and Broadway on the city's west side. Construction workers accidentally ruptured a natural gas line. All workers have been accounted for. Consumers Energy and DTE have been called into to shut off utilities in order to repair the gas line.
