FOXNEWS - There has reportedly been one dead and nearly 50 injured after a tornado ripped through Texas Saturday night.
The Ben Wheeler Fire Department confirmed to KTRE-TV that there was one dead as a result of the twister that hit Canton. KLTV reported the body was found in a pasture.
According to WFAA-TV, the East Texas Medical Center in Tyler was expecting at least 49 people to be treated for injuries.
Five tornadoes touched down across Van Zandt and Henderson counties, KLTV reported. Canton, Eustace and Fruitvale all received major damage from the storms, the Dallas Morning News reported.
