Big Reward Offered For Facebook Killer

The Ohio suspect accused of killing his victim using Facebook Live is leading to a national manhunt.  At a news conference today, Cleveland Mayor Frank Jackson said a 50-thousand-dollar reward is being offered in the search for Steve Stephens.  The murder occurred in Cleveland, but Police Chief Calvin Williams said Stephens could be "anywhere" and that the reach is now "all over the country."  In the video, Stephens claims to have murdered other people, but police are so far not aware of additional victims.  Williams pleaded with Stephens to turn himself in to end the search peacefully.
