The White House is blaming the Obama administration for the deadly suspected chemical attack in Syria. Presidential spokesman Sean Spicer said today the attack was a "consequence of the past administration's weakness and irresolution." The attack by government forces killed dozens, including eleven children, in a town in northern Syria. Spicer called the attack reprehensible and blamed President Obama for establishing a red line against Syria's use of chemical weapons in 2012, but then doing nothing about it.
