FENNVILLE, Mich. (WOOD) — A 15-year-old was hospitalized after police say he was hit by a vehicle in Fennville Wednesday morning.
The Allegan County Sheriff’s Office says the driver was turning a corner and did not see the teen who was crossing the road in the area of 3rd and Elm Street just after 7 a.m. The scene of the crash was near Fennville High and Middle School.
The teen was taken to Holland Community Hospital for a possible broken leg. His name has not been released.
The driver was cited and released.
