Bank Of America Moving To Calder Plaza Building

CWD Real Estate Investment announced today that Bank of America has signed a lease agreement for 250 Monroe NW in downtown Grand Rapids and will serve as the anchor tenant in the newly renovated building.  Bank of America will occupy 40,000 square feet on the first, fifth and sixth floors of the 10-story, 160,000-square-foot building located between DeVos Place Convention Center and Calder Plaza. CWD bought 250 Monroe, also known as the Calder Plaza Building, in December 2014 and launched a major interior and exterior redesign and renovation the following year.
