At least a half dozen Grand Rapids police cruisers converged on Monroe Mall this morning and took several people into custody. A car matching the description of one used in an earlier armed robbery was seen, and was stopped almost in front of the G.R. Police Department. The people taken in are being questioned about if they're the ones involved in the crime.
