The U.S. Attorney's office in Grand Rapids has handed down a 2-count indictment today against a Coopersville man claiming he along with another man consipired to defraud furniture maker Herman Miller. Kevin Grimm`is being accused of being involved in a vendor invoicing scheme and using the money towards the purchase of a 49 foot sailboat. A news release says Grimm admitted that he and partner Jerry Akers recieved more than $1.7 million in payments to a fake company
