A new report says Michigan ranks in the bottom half of all states when it comes to providing long-term care to the elderly and disabled.

The report comes from the American Association of Retired Persons, along with the Commonwealth Fund and SCAN Foundation.The report listed Michigan as 31st overall among the states.

The AARP notes that Michigan did do well in providing choice of setting, but ranks near the bottom when it comes to providing support to family caregivers.
