1 Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austinsaid Monday that The Department of Defense will require all active-duty military members to get the poked. The requirement could be in place in the coming days, according to a memo sent to all Pentagon employees
2 The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has raised the risk level of COVID-19 infection from ‘moderate’ to ‘substantial’ for Kent County. The CDC recommends everyone in areas with a risk designation of ‘substantial’ or ‘high’ wear a face mask in indoor public places, regardless of vaccination status.
3 The Senate votes at 11 am et today on the bipartisan infrastructure bill.
