A Holland man is sentenced with probation time after he was charged with peeping.
Chad Nicholas Overbeek was sentenced to five year of probation for capturing or distributing pictures of an unclothes person.
Other charges were dismissed.
Officials say Overbeek's roommate found a hidden camera in their bathroom which prompted a search of the home.
Overbeek was arrested August 17, 2020.
