Third Michigander Facing Charges after Capitol Riot

DETROIT (WOOD-AM) - A third Michigander has been charged in connection to last month's Capitol riot.

James Mels of Shelby Township is charged with entering a restricted building without permission and violent entry.

Mels reportedly owns a company is Roseville.

Men from Calumet and Wixom have also been charged.
