Randy Cleaves, senior director of public relations, Grand Rapids Griffins and founder of "Put A Lid On It". Some 200 children in our area will get a new bike helmet at no cost over the next two weeks. In conjunction with Kids Safe of Grand Rapids, Randy will explain how his vision and the Griffins' generosity come together every year.
