BARRY TOWNSHIP, Mich. (WOOD) — Michigan State Police are asking for the public's help to find a missing Delton teen who they say may be a danger to herself.
Tayler Beard was last seen by her grandfather at her home on S. Grove Street south of E. Orchard Street in Delton around 4 p.m. Monday.
MSP said she had recently been arrested for shoplifting and that she was also recently hospitalized for suicide attempts.
Authorities also shared a screenshot of a post Tayler apparently made on Facebook in which she said she was safe, but was leaving the state and that it was no use looking for her.
