Kent County's facility for processing recyclable material is back online.The Kent County Recycling and Education Center shut down operations at 2 p.m. Monday, Feb. 20, after a mechanical malfunction with the facility's baler.The repair, a weld to the cylinder in the baler's hydraulic system, started undergoing testing on Tuesday afternoon.After successful operation all morning Wednesday, Feb. 22, the all-clear was given to recycling haulers at 12:30 p.m. Wednesday to again begin dumping recyclables at the facility.
