GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- A man is returning to prison after he was caught with a moped stuffed with several pounds of drugs.
A Kent County judge sentenced Joseph Ivy-Maze III to 5 to 7.5 years in prison on Thursday on drug charges. The charges stemmed from a raid that led to the discovery of more than 5 pounds of methamphetamine, 1.7 pounds of fentanyl and 2.2 pounds of cocaine.
Ivy-Maze was on federal probation at the time of his arrest and he faces a separate term for that violation.
