CASCADE, Mich. -- Cascade Township is inviting community members of all ages to the annual Cascade Heritage Festival on Saturday, September 20th.
The event will run from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the historic Stone House. This is the fifth year of the festival that celebrates the character and history of the area with food, drinks and activities.
"This event provides a wonderful opportunity to showcase Cascade Township's rich history while also bringing together the community to celebrate our vibrant and unique character," said Township Supervisor Grace Lesperance. "I look forward to seeing friends and families come together to enjoy local food, music, and activities that have been carefully planned."
The festival will include a beer, wine and cider tent featuring a specially crafter pre-prohibition pilsner from Thornapple Brewing Company and wines from International Beverage. Food vendors will include Thornapple Brewing, Jam 'N Beam and more. Guided tours of the Stone House will be available. Family friendly events will include a scavenger hunt, face painting, bounce house and more.
