GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- The fourth annual Return to the River Music & Art Festival takes place this weekend on Grand Rapids' near North Side.
The start times Saturday and Sunday will be 1 p.m. The locations are 555 Monroe Avenue, the Sixth Street Park and the Sixth Street Bridge. It is free to attend.
The festival features three large-scale traveling art installations and music from more than two dozen deejays and bands. There are about 20 food trucks and carts, plus a merchant and Makers Market on the Sixth Street Bridge.

Festival organizers also say, "In addition, we launched a Return to the River Instagram channel this year with visual previews and festival updates."
