Voters approve most millage requests

GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - Voters in West Michigan generally said yes to millage proposals on August primary ballots.

A library bond proposal in Galesburg failed.

Voters in Muskegon Township approved a public safety millage renewal, but rejected a tax increase.

A farmland and open space preservation millage in Grattan Township also failed, but its fire millage passed.
