GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. -- A Grand Rapids resident is suing Monster Beverage Corporation after she allegedly drank a Monster Energy drink and discovered a dead mouse inside the can.
The lawsuit was filed in state court but was transferred to federal court. The woman allegedly bought the drink from a store in Grand Rapids in April 2024.
The woman claims the incident caused severe emotional distress, trauma and physical illness.
