The Keeler Building located in downtown Grand Rapids has been condemned.
Located at 56 Division Ave. between Fountain and Fulton streets. a part of the building seemed to be crumbling, with graffiti on some doorways, and even a large room in disrepair.
A city notice darting March 12 was taped to the building saying the building showcased conditions which violated the City Property Maintenance Code, including the water being shut off, crackled tiles, and broken windows.
