A federal judge is ruling Trinity Health Grand Haven must recognize SEIU Healthcare of Michigan as its employees' union while a labor dispute plays out in court.
Judge Robert Jonker ruled the hospital must recognize the union and bargain in good faith.
The hospital and its employees have disagreed on its contract for over a year.
