The Grand Rapids Gerald R. Ford Airport is receiving $7 million from the federal government to help with ongoing improvement projects at the airport.
The money is thanks to the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law Airport Terminals Program, and it will help fund the ongoing terminal expansion.
The $7 million going to the airport is out the total $970 million going to 125 different airports across the country.
