The Grand Rapids City Clerk's Office says they are resending 100 absentee ballots after they went missing in the mail.
Clerk Joel Hondorp says they sent out absentee ballots on September 26, however 100 people in northwest GR are reporting they did not receive theirs.
Hondorp says some ballots do go missing because of the moving pieces at the United States Postal Service.
The city and USPS are investigating the missing ballots.
The missing ballots have been spoiled so no one will be able to vote twice.
