Silent Observer is now increasing the reward for information leading to the arrest of the person or persons responsible for killing 15-year-old Amillier Penn, thanks to an anonymous donation.
The reward has been increased to $10,000. Amillier Penn was tragically shot on June 2 while playing football with friends.
