The Kent County Sheriff's Office says the OK2SAY tip line received a threat against Forest Hills Northern High School late Tuesday night.
The threat was investigated and it was determined to not be credible.
The sheriff's department says they are thankful the information was reported and they were able to investigate.
The school was closed out of an abundance of caution on Wednesday.
