The 100 in 100 housing program is now accepting donations.
The program has a goal of housing 100 chronically unhoused individuals within 100 days.
As of September 10, two people had been housed with more expected soon.
Officials say the program has identified they will need to furnish 30 to 40 homes and are accepting donations from the community to help.
The Storehouse, a nonprofit warehouse redistribution center in Plainfield Township, is accepting donations of blankets, pillows and other furnishings.
