47-year-old Omi Medina-Pagan was sentenced to 26.5 to 60 years after is part in a robbery that turned deadly back in December.
On Dec. 16, police found the body of 26-year-old Uwimana at Roosevelt near Plaster Creek. Investigation prompted his death to be ruled a homicide.
He is one of two people accused in Uwimana's death. The case against 36-year-old Eliutd Lazaro is still pending.
