Both 23-year-old Oosterhouse, of Middleville and 42-year-old Denis Perez, of Grand Rapids were arraigned in court Friday on charges of second-degree murder, manslaughter and reckless driving causing death.
The crash happened on June 25 on Lake Michigan Drive in Tallmadge Township.
