The Park Township Board of Trustees is unanimously passing a food truck ordinance to allow operation in the area.
Under the new ordinance, food trucks can operate if they have a license from the county or state.
Businesses can host food trucks on private property and non-commercial properties can host up to 14 days of food trucks a year with a permit.
The ordinance also allows for the future creation of food truck court.
