A groundbreaking ceremony was held this morning at the former Seymour Christian School in the Alger Heights neighborhood, soon to be the new location for 27 new condos.
The Seymour Initiative, a project by ICCF Community Homes, is a $14 million development project that will create 27 two-story condominium homes. The project is focused on creating affrodable and inclusive housing.
