GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - A $9,000 reward is now being offered for information leading to the arrest of the person who fatally shot a 15-year-old in Grand Rapids.
Amillier Penn was playing football with friends when he was fatally shot on Umatilla Street near Madison Avenue.
No arrests have been made.
The case has been open for nearly two months.
