Two men were taken to the hospital following a crash earlier this morning in Algoma Township.
Around 7:15 AM, Kent County Sheriff's deputies were sent to the area of 14 Mile Road and Edgerton Avenue NE for a crash.
There they learned that a 59-year old man from Newaygo was driving a semi southbound that hit a black Nissan Altima, driven by a 35-year-old Howard City man headed eastbound on 14 Mile Road.
Both drivers were taken to the hospital with injuries not considered to be life-threatening.
The crash remains under investigation.
