No injuries after ceiling collapses at Egypt Valley Country Club

No injuries were reported after the ceiling collapsed inside Egypt Valley Country Club Friday.

The collapse happened in a second-floor ballroom.

No one was in the room at the time of the incident.

Ada Township Fire-Rescue Department Chief David Murray says the suspended ceiling is like a metal frame and the frame let loose which pulled down all of the sprinkler lines.

Egypt Valley says damage assessments are still underway.
