Johnny Brann's Steakhouse & Grille is set to close and be demolished.
The restaurant will close Friday at 10 p.m.
The mixed-use development is set to take its place with residential units and retail space.
The new building will cost between $25 million and $45 million.
The new development will include a restaurant affiliated with Brann's.
