GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - Silent Observer is offering a $3,200 reward for information on the Sunday night shooting death of 15-year-old Amillier Penn in Grand Rapids.
Penn was killed while playing football with friends near Madison Avenue.
Police Chief Eric Winstrom says Penn was not armed was wasn't involved in illegal activity.
