GRAND HAVEN (WOOD-AM) - A 26-year-old man was taken to jail after Ottawa County Sheriff's deputies say he tried to run from the scene of a two-vehicle crash in Grand Haven.
It happened on southbound U.S. 31 after 12:15 a.m.
A 18-year-old from Grand Haven was struck by a second vehicle as it attempted to cross the highway at Hayes Street.
Both drivers and two passengers were pulled from the wreckage.
All injuries are not considered to be life-threatening.
