More than 5,400 American flags are now planted at the graves of veterans in Grand Rapids.
On Wednesday evening, volunteers and scouting groups planted the flags at the cemetery near the Michigan Veteran Home in Grand Rapids.
It took 30 minutes to plant all the flag
A final salute was also held.
