GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - City commissioners in Grand Rapids have approved a $690 million budget for the next fiscal year.
It includes $186 million in the general fund, which is up four percent.
The budget also includes funding to replace 2,000 lead service lines and to hire four new emergency dispatchers.
