Grand Rapids Police Chief Eric Winstrom says it is possible that a teen killed over the weekend was an unintended target.
Fifteen-year-old La-kyijah Williams was shot and killed on Saturday evening near Studio Park.
Winstrom says it was not a close-up shooting.
Winstrom says they know there were hundreds of people downtown so they know there are people who have information on the shooting.
