GRAND RAPIDS (WOOD-AM) - Crain's Grand Rapids Business is reporting that Tommy's Boats is now under court-appointed receivership
The company has three locations in the state, including one in Plainfield Township.
A firm has taken control of the dealership's assets and income after an alleged breach of a loan agreement.
Tommy's Boats is said to be cooperating.
